Im Rahmen der digitalen Bildbearbeitung kann Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) unterstützend zum Einsatz kommen. Dies betrifft insbesondere Optimierungen in den Bereichen Hautretusche, Farbkorrektur, Lichtanpassung und andere kreative Aspekte der Bildverarbeitung.

Die eingesetzten KI-Funktionen (z. B. in Adobe Photoshop) dienen ausschließlich der ästhetischen Nachbearbeitung real aufgenommener Fotografien. Es werden keine vollständig KI-generierten Bilder erstellt oder verwendet.

Die sogenannte „Inhaltsanalyse“ in Adobe-Produkten, bei der Bilddaten zur Verbesserung von KI-Modellen genutzt werden könnten, ist in unseren Arbeitsumgebungen deaktiviert.

Die Bearbeitung erfolgt unter Beachtung geltender Datenschutzgesetze und im Einklang mit der EU-KI-Verordnung. Eine gesonderte Kennzeichnung einzelner bearbeiteter Bilder ist gemäß aktuellem Rechtsstand nicht erforderlich.
